This module is an easy-to-use option targeted to view, retrieve and edit information about images and photos.
Many common image formats are supported including JPEG, TIFF, BMP, GIF, JPEG2000, PCX, CUR, ICO, PNG, TGA, PXM, WMF, EMF, WBMP, JP2, J2K, DCX, CRW, CR2, NEF, RAW, PEF, RAF, X3F, BAY, ORF, SRT, MRW, DCR . A user can retrieve various data about each picture, including resolution, width, height and color mode.
You can also provide detailed EXIF information about photos (model, exposure program, shutter speed value, aperture value, etc.), IPTC information and more.

AVD Graphic Studio returns the following common information:

  • File name of the loaded image..
  • FileType - a textual description of the file type and other file format specific properties.
  • FileSize - the size of a file on a disk.
  • ColorDepth - the depth of color of a image.
  • Width of the image (pixels).
  • Height of the image (pixels).
  • DpiX. Specifies the DpiX (horizontal dots per inch) of the image.
  • DpiY. Specifies the DpiY (vertical dots per inch) of the image.
  • ColorMapCount is the number of entries in ColorMap array.
