 Troubleshooting

  • Under Windows 7 64-bit, the programs crashes in the some dialogue. This problem may be solved by running the application in Compatibility mode.

    1. Right-click the desktop icon and select Properties.
    2. On the Compatibility tab, check the box to select “Run in compatibility mode”.
    3. Choose “Windows XP (Service Pack 3)”.
    4. Click Apply or OK.

    It may well work with other settings at step 3.
